Aww, it’s fabulous! I have the most restful sleep ever. I take one every night I do not open my eyes until early morning. No after effects when I wake up, really rested and ready to go for the entire day on the go. Love my Restful Nights!

I love the restful night soft gels! I can’t remember the last time I was able to sleep through the night. I have been dealing without a lot of stress due to personal problems. I was going through a really rough time last month and the anxiety was keeping me awake throughout the night. One day I got an email notification that I had an order shipping out and I hadn’t placed one. I was confused until I saw I was not charged and was sent to me on their behalf. I started to cry because it was such a nice gesture on their behalf and couldn’t have needed it more at that time. This company is amazing!

I am a 70 year old male in excellent physical shape with a very active lifestyle. For the past week I have been taking the Restful Nights soft gels in an attempt to get more restful and efficient sleep. While I usually get 7 to 8 hours in bed each night, the efficiency of my sleep as measured by my Oura ring, ( https://ouraring.com ) has been only fair. I was not getting good restful sleep and my efficiency score, which shows how long I actually was in one of three phases of sleep for a prolonged period of time, was often less than 50%. I would wake multiple times each night and then would take 30 minutes or so to fall back to sleep. I have 4 months of data illustrating this pattern which yielded very poor sleep efficiency scores and restfulness scores.
I started taking the Restful Nights soft gels one week ago and staying with the exact same sleep routine my sleep experience has dramatically improved. My sleep efficiency scores have been in the high 70% to mid 80%. More importantly my restfulness measures which track the number of times you wake up and toss and turn from Fair/Poor to Good/Excellent. I actually would sleep a good 6 hours continuously or more and I would not wake up more than once a night. The difference this makes in energy to start the day and maintain an active pace has been excellent. Restful Nights soft gels have become part of my evening routine. I take it 20 minutes before I go to bed and sleep like a baby.

My lady friend had a leg amputated. You can imagine the pain, both physically and psychologically. Sometimes her meds didn’t do the job when trying to sleep. Thank God she had some of Copoeia’s Melatonin & CBD Gel Capsules!

I finally slept through the night! I was able to sleep through the night uninterrupted and wake up not feeling groggy! Wonderful product has helped so much!

Has to be my favorite product out of all of them. I fall asleep fairly quickly, sleep a solid six hours, and wake up rested. I don't feel groggy in the AM with this product, I love it. Both my son and husband have tried them too, and say the same thing.

Since I received my products for the sleep aid , I began using them that night. I need 8 hours of sleep if possible . They are working great. It helps me shut down the mind and causes me into a deep sleep. In the mornings I feel really refreshed and ready for my work day. Thanks for the products. Walt 5 stars
