Refund policy

Copoeia offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the shipping date.

To return a product, please contact us at relief@copoeia.com and provide us with your order number and reason for return. We will then send you a return shipping label.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, or in a similar packaging that protects the product during shipping. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, we may deduct a restocking fee.

Products that have been partially used may be returned, but the customer must return the unused portion of the product. For example, if you buy a bottle of Pain Away and use half of the bottle, you can return the bottle for a refund, but you must return the unused half of the bottle.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been tampered with.
• Products that are not in their original packaging or similar packaging that protects the product during shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
