I had zero expectations that any topical cream would help lower back pain. I have had surgery recomended by multiple doctors over the past 8 years. I am now on a quarterly schedule of epidural steroid injections and pain medicine. I still have days where I can't work or play in the yard with my kids. I am still not ready for surgery. Hey, look this is the real deal pain relief cream. I used this cream when I tore my ACL. I was able to rehab my knee and w/the use of this cream I did not have to have surgery on my knee. 4 years later and my knees are fine, no problems. I'm an advid bike rider and this cream has helped me switch from riding my bike in 4th gear to the 7th gear daily. I have friends of various ages that are now happily using this cream too! I highly recommend this cream if you are active and even if you are not! Or if you have pain anywhere externally on your body!

I used the pain relief for neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing after other failed topical creams and finally felt some relief!! I love that is is all natural and it actually works!
